VOCAL INSTRUMENT!
The first thing that we need to know is HOW our vocal instrument works.!
What are its parts? How is the sound generated? How is the voice projected? All these answers will lead us to develop at its maximum expression our wonderful vocal instrument!
And to begin we must know that breathing is the main basis for our singing.! Thanks to the air that we expel our vocal cords vibrate comfortably to generate our sound and depending on the amount of air that we take and
of our handling when using this air, will vary the quality of our voice. Everything depends on it: the versatility, the nuances, the duration and even and of paramount importance, the health of our instrument!
That is why knowing how to breathe is the first great lesson that anyone who wants to make their voice their instrument of life and work, must know and apply!
Singers, actors, broadcasters, teachers, all the professions that need the voice as a means of communication must learn to take care of the health and quality of their voice!
Secondly we must know how our vocal cords work and how we can train them to achieve the notes and nuances that we want to sing!
Also knowing our sound boxes, resonators, will help us to place our voice in the perfect position of our vocal instrument so that both our high, medium and low notes are produced in their highest quality!
Another essential part of our instrument and that gives shape to our voice are the thousands of muscles, starting with the tongue that take action when we pronounce. Diction is vital for the message and color of our voice to be enriched!

VOCAL TECHNIQUE!
What we will share in our classes!
Learning to sing is like going to the gym. Our vocal cords are muscles and as such we must train them to reach THE MAXIMUM of their ability to achieve the nuances, strength, and sound we desire from our voice.
Warming is essential. We will learn how to preserve the health of our vocal cords. Preparing for effective and fun training.
We will do exercises that will allow us to develop our voice in duration, projection and versatility.
We must also learn to voice by exploring our wonderful resonators until we find that point where our sound is perfect for what we want to convey, gained in color, depth and brightness.
It is also vital to learn where our high notes, our middle notes, and our bass notes vibrate. Our voice will immediately gain projection and definition.
There are also different types of voice that we should recognize: our chest voice, our falsetto voice, and our mixed voice. The correct management of each one of them will help us to enrich our record and our interpretation!
